I am married to a HANDY man.
He knows his way around a woodshop.
He has made me (and others) some amazing pieces.
(Just ask anyone who attends Good Shepherd about the crosses).
This is the table I hope he builds me.
Even the chairs would be nice.....
There's something beautiful and comforting about wood furniture that is built by someone you know. I watch him contemplate, scrutinize and sometimes agonize over each step. His work is amazing (and flawless to my biased eye.)
That is NOT my house.
but maybe someday, this will be my table.
All good things come in time....
