adventures in homeschooling




















Today, we were learning about pictograms. (We're using Saxon Math K for Adam this year. He likes it. I like the manipulatives kit, too.)

So this is his pictogram. You had to draw everyone in the family and see if we had more boys or more girls. He nailed that part. The part that I thought was so funny was that:

1) He drew me first and look at the hair he gave me!
2) Apparently all of the men in our family are either bald or wear high-and-tights (the latter is true)
3) Micaela has no discernible eyeballs.

I love homeschooling. And so does Adam. Now, onto Phonics.......!! Posted by Picasa
